You’re angry, understandably so, and you’re demonstrating that by showing up tomorrow evening. Remember though that we want to be  careful to maintain a good name and reputation and not discredit ourselves with bad behavior. If anyone shows up and acts ugly or makes any kind of disturbance, please, don’t be ugly back.

There’s a lot of work yet to be done to get ready for the Tea Party, so if you would be able to help in some way it would be great.  This is grassroots activism at its finest, so everyone just pitch in where you can and let’s work together to make this happen!

Here are some of the most important ways to help:

• Email our flier to your address book
• Tell your family and friends about the Tea Party and encourage them to come
• Email your coworkers with the Tea Party info and the flier
• Do a neighborhood walk to pass out fliers to your community
• Check with your pastor to see if you can insert fliers into the bulletin
• Pass fliers out to your fellow church members
• Post fliers at local businesses
• Make signs (click here for sign ideas)

The TEA Act will:

• Save taxpayers $520 billion over the next five years by reducing government
• Limit the growth rate of government to inflation
• Strenghten the definition of emergency spending to prevent abuse and
• Require PAYGO for all new mandatory spending programs.
